A published, award-winning Master Loctician, Salih Watts is as committed to delivering unparalleled natural hair care services as he is to enriching his community. Trained at one of the top three natural hair salons in the country—one that caters to legendary artists like Smokey Robinson, Ledisi, Jill Scott, and Janet Jackson—Salih quickly mastered his craft. Working under the tutelage of ten master natural hair stylists and locticians allowed him to cultivate both first-rate natural hair techniques as well as skills in forming client relationships that are gratifying and sustainable. In 2010, Salih founded Loc Lov™, and committed to delivering exceptional natural hair care and client satisfaction that are the foundation upon which Loc Lov is built. Promoting a holistic and educational approach to natural hair and loc artistry, Salih’s mission is to be at the forefront of the natural hair industry and to deliver services that set the industry standard. Salih is known by his clients for encouraging them to think outside the box stylistically and for pushing aesthetic boundaries. Ultimately, for him natural hair care is a labor of love, and natural hair is a poem to the world that expresses the layers of beauty each Loc Lov client possesses.
